A task tool ends up holding the substance of the work. So Pinateca is built on three things: separation, permissions, and a record.
Boards, cards, chat, and attachments are kept apart workspace by workspace. Data in a workspace you do not belong to is unreachable, even by typing the URL.
All traffic is encrypted. Sessions are held on the server, so no credentials are left in the browser.
Owner, admin, and member as standard, plus roles you define yourself. "Can view but cannot delete" is a role you can build.
People join by email invitation. The member list shows who is in at any time, and someone removed loses access immediately.
Cards created, moved, and deleted. Who changed what, and when. When something goes wrong, you can trace it.
Login history is kept per account, so you can check for access you do not recognize.
A deleted card goes to the trash rather than disappearing. A misclick, or a misunderstanding, is one click away from being undone.
Application errors are watched continuously. When something looks wrong we start fixing it without waiting for a report.
Including projects you run with partners outside your company.
