Jooto is free for one person. The second person makes it a paid plan. Pinateca is free for five, so a team can see how it feels before deciding.
Jooto only has the fields it ships with. In Pinateca you add estimated hours, priority, client name, or whatever your team needs.
Jooto pushes the conversation out to Slack or Chatwork. Pinateca has a channel per workspace.
Each tool is better at some things. If any of the following describes you, staying with Jooto will work out better.
There is no automatic import from Jooto. Moving is done by hand. There is a deadline on this one, so it is worth deciding where to go early.
