There is no need to rebuild the boards you know. Load the Trello export file and the cards, attachments, and comments arrive in Pinateca as they were.
Open the board menu in Trello, choose Export, and download the JSON file. That is everything you do on the Trello side.
Choose Import from Trello on your board list and pick the file. After that you only wait.
The order of the lists and the contents of the cards are unchanged. Match the assignees to your members after the import, and carry on today.
A move that leaves you with empty cards is not a move. Pinateca brings the contents, not only the structure.
